Return/refund for no reasons:
Items returned within 15 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has an evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description. Please feel free to contact our email above, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
Unsuccessful delivery
1.If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused.
2.If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund. Item not as described: You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 15 days if you are not satisfied with the item.
Kindly reminder:
If you want to return it Within 15 days, Please keep the item in original condition, factory condition, as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. Items that have been used or washed are not allowed to return any more.
What does "returned in the original condition" mean?
✓ Ties have NOT been cut and the hangtag is attached.
Refund:
The refund will be arranged within 3 days after we got the returned package. If you paid by PayPal balance you'll get money once we refunded. If you paid by credit card, bank card or debit card, you will get the payment within 7-15 days.
